See what I mean?

Who knew?

The problem with global conspiracy theories, in my view, is that you surely can't have a working conspiracy if nobody knows about it. The Sovereign Citizen people, for example, say that there are two legal systems, one for CAPITAL LETTER SLAVES and one for lower case real people. Fine, fine, let's accept that. But for a law to be a law, whatever other requirements there are, somebody has to know what the law is. We're told specifically that police and lawyers don't know anything about this; apparently, though, judges and magistrates do know, because if you plead in the correct form they're obliged to back down and give you the kind of law you're entitled to. OK, at what point does a magistrate get told? Do they have to have any extra training in the complications of dual systems? Are there any textbooks? If there are, why hasn't anybody ever claimed to see one?

If things were as the Sovereign Citizens maintained, there would be other discernible differences visible.

Ah, here's the explanation for all those capital letters:

Capitis Diminutio Maxima (Name in ALL CAPITALS)

For purposes of understanding one's legal or commercial status under the Admiralty system (the law system used in England, Canada and much of the US), it is necessary to examine the curious use of all CAPS -Capitis Diminutio Maxima- in legal and domestic income tax forms, credit cards & statements, loans, mortgages, speeding & parking tickets, car documents, road tax, court summons etc. While seemingly a trite concern, this apparently small detail has extremely deep significance for all of us!

Gage Canadian Dictionary 1983 Sec. 4 defines Capitalize adj. as "To take advantage of - To use to ones own advantage."

Blacks Law Dictionary – Revised 4th Edition 1968, provides a more comprehensive definition as follows …

Capitis Diminutio (meaning the diminishing of status through the use of capitalization) In Roman law. A diminishing or abridgment of personality; a loss or curtailment of a man's status or aggregate of legal attributes and qualifications.

Capitis Diminutio Minima (meaning a minimum loss of status through the use of capitalization, e.g. John Doe) - The lowest or least comprehensive degree of loss of status. This occurred where a man's family relations alone were changed. It happened upon the arrogation [pride] of a person who had been his own master, (sui juris,) [of his own right, not under any legal disability] or upon the emancipation of one who had been under the patria potestas. [Parental authority] It left the rights of liberty and citizenship unaltered. See Inst. 1, 16, pr.; 1, 2, 3; Dig. 4, 5, 11; Mackeld. Rom.Law, 144.

Capitis Diminutio Media (meaning a medium loss of status through the use of capitalization, e.g. John DOE) - A lessor or medium loss of status. This occurred where a man loses his rights of citizenship, but without losing his liberty. It carried away also the family rights.

Capitis Diminutio Maxima (meaning a maximum loss of status through the use of capitalization, e.g. JOHN DOE or DOE JOHN) - The highest or most comprehensive loss of status. This occurred when a man's condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave. It swept away with it all rights of citizenship and all family rights.

Diminutio. Lat. In civil law. Diminution; a taking away; loss or deprivation.

Capite. - Lat. By the head.

As Black's Law Dictionary explains, the full capitalization of the letters of one's natural name results in a diminishing or complete loss of legal or citizenship status, wherein one actually becomes a slave or an item of inventory.

The reliance on haphazard sources like Black's Law Dictionary – Revised 4th Edition 1968 - is typical. Though I'd take a hundred to one for any money that the words "(meaning the diminishing of status through the use of capitalization)" aren't actually in Black.

I suppose we can only be glad that they didn't hear about decapitation. Or capital punishment. Or the capital, or Das Kapital, come to that.

Cue ominous music

There are reports of looters and a bull shark in the flooded Ipswich suburb of Goodna, west of Brisbane.

Local Councillor Paul Tully says the main street of the Ipswich suburb is four to six metres under water.

If we don't get a horror movie out of this I despair for my country.

Pharmaceutical companies have profitable future by crippling some children and adults with compromised immune system.

The basic body weapon is iodine to which not a single bacteria or virus can mutate. Iodine will kill any bacteria or virus on contact every single time.

Iodine belongs to chemical group called halogens. Most aggressive elements of this group are fluoride and next chlorine both are extremely dangerous poisons. Both fluoride and chlorine will push out iodine from human body.

Never take hot shower again because you are inhaling chlorine to your lungs and straight to your blood and pushing out (if you have any) iodine from your body.

The root canal is another sneak (to presumably save the tooth) and deadly procedure to permanently implant anaerobic bacteria that will put recipient into wheelchair and shorten his/her life. Make a research and ask any person in wheelchair (excluding those after physical injury) if he or she has at least one root canal.

Not to mention

Was the subject of UFO's and extra-terrestrials connected to JFK's murder? Mind you, I am a Christian who does not believe any other intelligent beings exist in the universe at present except for the Godhead, his angels both elect and fallen, other heavenly creatures in his throne room, and the human race of earth. I do believe that Satan and his fallen angels can and do masquerade as alien visitors to this planet in order to cause confusion as to the truth of God's sovereignty. That said, this article, "Was JFK Killed Because of Roswell?", is interesting, even though the writer insists "the driver did it," which is highly questionable.

And how many of us can say that?

Depths below depths

Even David Wynne Miller has his own crazies:
When you learn all the hidden Freemasonic/Satanic symbolism, David Wynn Miller is clearly telling everyone that he is a Knights Templar as can be witnessed when he stands in front of "The Crowns" private corporation flag & Establishment bloodline family house "The United States Of America".

As mentioned in other posts ... all read and write alphabet languages are Satanic - The English language was crafted by these Satanists starting back around 1200 and they called it the New World Language - Again, we have gone into great detail about this subject (refer to link).

Blown away

I see that :DAVID-WYNNE: MILLER has in fact had at least one outing in an Australian court: done like a dinner, as one might have foreseen.

Good news - NOW

...doctors are optimistic about Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' odds....

Doctors say the bullet traveled the length of the left side of the Arizona congresswoman's brain, entering the back of the skull and exiting the front.

Fortunately, it stayed on one side of her brain, not hitting the so-called "eloquent areas" in the brain's center where such wounds almost always prove fatal.

Importantly, Giffords was responding nonverbally Sunday to simple commands in the emergency room _ things like "squeeze my hand."

That implies "a very high level of functioning in the brain," said Dr. Michael Lemole of Tucson's University Medical Center, Giffords' neurosurgeon.

This does, at the very least, complicate plans for responding to the Zombie apocalypse. If you can shoot someone in the head and not even kill them while they're alive, imagine how much harder it will be when they're dead.

At the very least, I'd say a Glock is contraindicated.

In another paranoid rant, the Tucson shooter wrote: "Reading the second United States Constitution, I can't trust the current government because of the ratifications; The government is implying mind control and brainwash on the people by controlling the grammar."

Read more:

Actually, that mind control through grammar thing does ring some bells; and a quick google brings up this -

for example.

It was one of the wingnut extra fringe memes.

Ah: someone's traced it:
Jared Lee Loughner’s rants about grammar and mind control track closely to the writings of a conspiracy theorist who believes that is how the government controls the populace, one leading group says – and the man tells POLITICO he agrees with some of Loughner’s statements.

The far-right activist, David Wynn Miller, said in a telephone interview that he didn’t know Loughner, but agreed with his statement in a YouTube video that “the government is implying mind control and brainwash on the people by controlling grammar.”

Where was I wrong?

If you'd asked me twenty years ago whether it was feasible to run a telephone system without a telephone book I would have said no. Historically, the telephone book came along within a few years of the telephone, and it would have seemed to me axiomatic that telephones and telephone books were something like cars and highways - the individual benefit of one rested on the systematic commonalities of the other.

And I was apparently wrong, because the mobile phone has moved into dominance - may eventually move into sole practice - without phone books. There is no mobile phone book - listing your mp number anywhere is optional. and this is not a barrier.

I was obviously misguided, but still I can't see why.

Deary me

There is only one governing principle that properly respects the freedom of all citizens: ironclad obedience to a clear and concise document that identifies their inherent rights, and forbids the State from compromising them, under any circumstances. The Constitution does not “give” you those rights. It recognizes them. You had them before you could read or understand a single word. Every human being throughout history had them, even those who lived before any of the Founding Fathers were born. In reading the Constitution aloud, the 112 th Congress will acknowledge those rights… and read an arrest warrant to an out-of-control government.

Your freedom is a halo, burning around a list of things the government cannot do. Our reverence for the Constitution is inseparable from our respect for each other. Jeers about “worshipping” the document are deliberate slander from those who fear the truth: The Constitution is a prayer we read while worshipping America.

Quite so

An article in the Scientist arguing that we can remove the damage done by alcohol by designing a better intoxicant:
So what can we do about it? I think it is time to use the now-considerable knowledge of the neuropsychopharmacology of alcohol to develop safer, alternative intoxicants whose effects can be reversed by antidotes.

I entirely agree, and have for some while argued that the best remedy for the damages caused by illicit drugs is to design a better drug; but the metaproblem is that what anti-drug and anti-alcohol activists object to is not the damage but the enjoyment, and thus a new alcohol/new drug will not remove the objection (indeed, in Ecstasy we already have a drug that's almost consequence-free).

Bearing in mind, too, that for many people the knowledge of the damagepart of the enjoyment.

Couldn't happen to a nicer pack of bastards

I follow several conservative, not to say wingnut, American sites, which also send me sales pitches for books, etc; and also stock tips -
"Below please find a special message from one of our advertisers, Eric Dickson Editor of Breakaway Stocks on behalf of Horiyoshi Worldwide (HHWW). From time to time, we receive opportunities we believe you as a valued customer may want to know about.
If You Missed Buying True Religion (Nasdaq:TRLG) At $0.67 And Selling For $31.08 – You're About To Get A Second Chance… Only This Time Your Gains
Could Be Even Bigger!
The biggest names in Hollywood and Music are making sure they're seen wearing high-end clothing brand Horiyoshi the III! And like True Religion before it, Horiyoshi Worldwide (HHWW) shares could soar 4,538% or more before the New Year!
Fellow Investor,
Fashion industry experts are already predicting big things for Horiyoshi Worldwide's exclusive, high-end clothing line Horiyoshi the III...
And it all starts with True Religion.
You see, in 2006, unknown jean designer started taking Tinsel Town by storm, popping up on some of the biggest movie and music stars all across Hollywood...
And it didn't take long for the fashion-conscious to take notice.
The rest of the story is an investor's fairy tale come true…
True Religion exploded - and this former little 65 cent “stock that could” jumped to $24 and onto the Nasdaq, making early investors in this denim company instant Millionaires!
However, as impressive and unbelievable as this price explosion is, shares in HHWW could be even more lucrative...
Because Horiyoshi the III already has something True Religion never did – a proven track record of success! Why? Well, this isn't the first time the Japanese tattoo legend, Horiyoshi Nakano's designs have hit Western shores…
Just last year, Japanese tattooing legend, Horiyoshi's artwork was used in a very exclusive, extremely successful and multi-Million-dollar-making t-shirt line for gigantic apparel company Affliction.
And even though we may not know much about fashion, if there's one thing we do understand, is the nature of business, and we'll take Million dollar sales and a proven track record every time.
True Religion never had the support of a proven track record, yet TRLG still jumped 4,538%...
And it's these proven sale records that could have HHWW surpassing the jean company's meteoric-rise to stock superstardom, and if it does, that mea huge profits for investors who act now!
And while matching True Religion's success is impressive, it's what Horiyoshi Worldwide is planning to do next that has investor's around the world salivating…
I've detailed all the eye-popping details in my hot-off-the-press report on HHWW, and lets just say Horiyoshi the III is about to set the entire fashion world on fire!
Happy Investing,
Eric Dickson,
Editor, Breakaway Stocks

Looking at the charts for the stock, the structure is clear, not to say classic; Eric selects a stock that's cheap (a dollar in mid-November) and buys up big, plugs it to the Human Events suckers till they did it up to $3 (December 10), dump the stock (drops to $1.36 by Dec 13) and....
though I got this mail on Dec 28th. So they've probably done it once already.
Still, anything nasty that happens to wingnuts is fine by me.

Though they apparently also target others: at
I get these kind of emails from time to time after never signing up. Are they spam or stock pumping?

and a reply
GoldenSun said...
It is both spam and stock pumping! It isn't illegal, if they properly disclose what they are being paid, but it is a scam. This is a classic email pump and dump.
Nothing but the lowest quality of companies use such tactics to create demand for their shares. Mark down the price, and take a look in 6 months.

Do the same for the next few emails you get. After a while, you will see the obvious pattern. At that point its time to open a brokerage account at firm that will let you short sell....and then welcome to the dark side.

And looking on google I see that this particular pump 'n' dump has been running since November 30.... No, November 17... No, November 10th... so this is the second time around, or alternatively they just set up a spambot and didn't provide a shutoff date.

New meme?

365 Ways to Drive a Liberal Crazy
No. 2 of 365

Tell a joke:
Q: Why was Obama so disappointed when he went to a screening of The Men Who Stare at Goats?

A: Being a Muslim, he thought there would be more romance.

from (an ad for) James Delingpole, 365 Ways to Drive a Liberal Crazy

OK, the joke, such as it is, is that Muslims fuck goats. Oddly, though, it's the first time I've heard that particular slur, and I keep up with the ethnic slur categories pretty thoroughly, I would have thought. Let's check google: "muslim goatfuckers" has only 53 hits, which doesn't sound very mainstream.

Aha. Urban Dictionary says
"A slur Theo Van Gogh used to describe militant Dutch immigrants from Muslim countries. Also sometimes used to describe Muslims in general.
"This is what our multicultural society has brought us: a climate of intimidation in which all sorts of goatfuckers can issue their threats freely.""

So a known, if not terribly successful, meme. I was wrong.
