Rearrange these letters to make a well-known word or phrase. Bin. Age.
The Coalition proposes that murderers who refuse to reveal where they have hidden the bodies of their victims will not get parole. The necessary consequence of this is that nobody who continues to maintain their innocence will get parole, and that anybody who actually is innocent and thus has no information to share will inevitably get the absolute maximum. Is this really what we want?
