The Toad has been busy in my absence - good stuff. Like your novel approach to deficit financing - I should imagine governments around the world will be seizing on it soon.
Did you know, by way of trivia, that Peru is committing 4.5 billion soles in its stimmulothon? A bit over 2 billion Australian dollars. Also part of our stimulus is apparently $25 million to redesign Federal budget papers.
