Sounds right about the Spirit - not the right gestalt.
On the second comment, haven't we committed to greater cuts if there is an international agreement (which presumably is what you want, and not that 5 per cent is too much)? And the One, who will be taking over in the US, has promised to make an international agreement a priority. So why is there a problem, from your perspective?
